IAB Australia - hits and misses →
So, the IAB Australia reminder email about the awards closing date went straight to my Gmail Spam folder. Not that great - miss. They now have a YouTube channel, done in conjunction with Google. They’re trying, which is good. They’re also hosting a “tell us what’s great about your agency/workplace” competition to show on the awards night, which is a good attempt. Hit....

There will never be a way to actually measure this, but I would bet … a lot… that if we were to look back in say 5 or 10 years we would see a common element amongst those agencies - creative or media - that are complaining about Google’s size and dominance. Oz online 2007 spend up 34.5% to $1.34bill
