Found via Shepherd, an article in The Oz about Aust agencies who have deals with publishers to keep 20% rebate, instead of the usual 10%. Like Ben, I’m suprised so many publishers are being so open about it now … can only bode well though to get advertisers getting more transparency from those agencies in question. I have absolutely no problem with 20% rebate being one of many...

Am i missing something? On the W&K London blog a few days ago they had a go at the new creative from ex-client Yakult. The only similarity (i cant read the copy mind) seems to be both use   a silhouette, or almost-silhouette of the bottle?!? (and it’s a rather distinctively-shaped bottle too, so it’s not hard to see why it features)
